Why I built Vakoza.

Maine pehli baar yeh problem apne chacha ki clinic mein dekhi — ek busy GP in Lucknow. Peak hours mein unka phone bajta rehta tha. Receptionist patients ke saath thi. Calls go to voicemail. Patients don't wait — they call the next clinic.

Phir maine doosre businesses se baat ki. Salon owners, lawyers, coaching center directors. Same story, alag industry: phones go unanswered, bookings are lost, and the owner doesn't even know it's happening.
